The keyword specialist does a deep dive into what your audience is searching for, analyse their search patterns, understand the intent behind the search terms/keywords, and what content will be the right fit for those keywords.

She will also review your competitors’ organic traffic, what they are writing about, understand their keyword strategy, all to further strengthen your content strategy.

2. Content Plan

Prepare a List of Topics

With the keywords identified, the content strategist now prepares a list of blog topics for each of the keywords. This step ensures the articles we write stand a better chance to rank for those keywords and provide genuine value to your readers.


Preparing the Content Calendar

Our content manager prepares the content calendar with the topics, keywords and timelines/due dates for each of the topics.

She shares the content plan for your review and approval. 

3. Content Creation

Content Hygiene

We ensure the article written is well formatted for easy readability and SEO.

At this stage we also ensure the article is optimised for Google knowledge graphs or answer boxes. To do so we follow stringent formatting guidelines ensuring the appropriate use of H-tags, bullet points, optimum sentence lengths, etc.

Editing of the Content

Once the article is ready, our professional editors comb through the article with surgical precision to ready the article that’s worthy of going on your blog.


Adding the Graphics

Our graphic designer then designs the featured images and adds any additional set of images if required in the blog post.

4. Content Delivery

Publish-ready Article Shared for Review

The finalised article is shared with you via Google Docs. You can share your feedback as comments and suggestions in the document.

We incorporate your feedback and update you.

Publishing the Article on the Blog

Once you are satisfied with the article, we go ahead and take it live on the blog.

At this stage, we ensure that the articles have a proper featured image, meta description, title tags, and optimized slugs to ensure the best practices of on-page SEO are incorporated.
